Technical Support Engineer
West joined Entec in 2023. Prior to that, he spent 2 years as an IT Technician and then IT Analyst for the City of Waco, Texas supporting infrastructure IT needs for thousands of city employees in dozens of departments. Before that he spent 4 years as a PC Technician and then Network Technician for St. Christopher’s School in Richmond, Virginia. He is currently studying for his Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance and holds several well-known certifications in the areas of IT Support and Cyber Security. He also has experience in areas such as Mobile Device Management, Networking and System Administration.
